How it works:


WheelSentry® indicators are fitted to each wheel nut and linked together using a durable Viton band.


  • Each indicator is aligned when fitted, creating a clear visual reference point
  • If a wheel nut begins to loosen, even slightly, the indicator moves out of position
  • This movement is immediately visible during routine walkaround checks
  • The Viton band allows controlled movement while helping retain the nut in place


This means potential issues are easy to spot, quick to act on, and solved before they escalate into detachment or damage. No specialist tools are required, and the system integrates directly into existing maintenance and inspection routines.
