Shipping Policy

Orders for in-stock items placed before 4:30 pm for mainland UK delivery are dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.*

Delivery charges apply to all regions and will be confirmed at the point of quotation or order.

Depending on the size and weight of your order, we may use alternative carriers. In some cases, larger or heavier items must be shipped via palletised transport due to their dimensions, weight, or volume. This may incur additional carriage charges. Where this applies, we will inform you in advance of any impact on delivery arrangements or overall cost.

Please note that batteries and liquids cannot be shipped via standard parcel carriers and will require palletised delivery, which may result in additional charges.

For out-of-stock, special-order, or bespoke items, delivery will be arranged as soon as reasonably possible. While we aim to meet all expected timelines, we cannot accept responsibility for delays outside our control. If supply is affected by such events, we will notify you promptly and take reasonable steps to minimise any disruption.

*Next working day delivery applies to mainland UK only. Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands typically take 2–3 working days. For Ireland, the cut-off time for next working day delivery is 12:00 pm.
